Helm & CCP
Web Hosting features are controlled via Helm. You can create
new domains, mailboxes and databases; reset passwords; upload files; update
DNS records etc... without having to raise a support ticket. Helm puts you in
control.
Access to your billing / customer information is found in the Client Control
Panel. Running on WHMCS - the CCP holds your client information; orders;
invoicing & payments; and access to the helpdesk for raising support tickets.

Custom Options
We are happy to discuss any custom options you require; such as installing
software DLL’s on the web servers etc...). Please note software installation
will be chargeable as per our hourly support costs, and subject to acceptance.
