Helm / CCP / SiteStudio
Web Hosting features are controlled via the Helm. Resellers and
end-users can create new domains, email accounts and databases; reset passwords;
upload files; update DNS records etc... without contacting you or raising a support
ticket. Helm puts you and your end-users in control of their hosting.
Access to your reseller billing / account information is held in the Client Control
Panel. The CCP gives you access to your orders; invoices &
payments; updates; and our helpdesk.
End users can deisgn their own web site via SiteStudio, based on hundreds of
professional looking templates, users can change the look-and-feel of their site at
will, and upload content as they see fit.
(Please note access to SiteStudio will be generated up to 24 hours after your reseller
account is activated).

Reseller / User Control
After creating sub-accounts for your end-users; they can log into Helm to manage
their own accounts and domains. You will always however have overall control of
all hosting - including the ability to suspend users and domains (useful in a
non-payment situation).
Using the bulk resources available to your reseller account, you can create your
own web hosting packages, with different features and limits depending on what
you want your end-users to have. Add features (like databases) as you see fit.
Custom Options
We can help with any extra custom options required (such as installing DLL’s
on the web servers etc...), on the back of a helpdesk ticket, and subject to
acceptance. Please note such options will be chargeable as per our hourly
support costs.
We can also supply custom name servers for your clients domains
(i.e. ns1.yourdomain.com). Ideal if you want to enhance your own brand to your
clients.
