If you wish us to investigate a problem that is not due to our infrastructure we will charge according to the following scale.
Details of charges, for over usage of resources like power and bandwidth, please note that these are the same as our standard charges.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (excluding bank holidays).
