Now that you've ordered, it's time to work on the next steps with getting you set up.
You should have received at least a couple of emails from us:
- One is a general welcome email, containing info on where to find support/other useful info such as finding the client portal
- The other will be an email specific to the service you just ordered - this will tell you what your next steps should be to get you well underway and using your service as soon as possible!
Out of Hours Support
We have support staff on call around the clock, however, calls outside of office hours are chargeable if you do not have an explicit out of hours support contract.
The infrastructure that we support around the clock has extensive monitoring and alerting, for updates to issues you might be having, please check our Status Page which has all our latest updates and news.
