CenturyLink / Level(3), a major ISP and Internet bandwidth provider experienced a significant outage on Sunday (30/08/2020). As they are one of our direct suppliers this impacted some of our customers as well as a significant number of other services and providers across the Internet.
We are awaiting a report from Century Link on what caused these issues and will update our customers as we have more information.
Our engineers once the cause was clear, immediately took our CenturyLink connection out of service and our network was restored to full capacity.
This upstream issue has now been resolved and we have brought this connection back into service and no further issues have been logged.
